Summer is here! And you know what that means? It’s time to get outdoors and enjoy as much fresh air as you can, while also filling up your social quota. October is a busy time of year for Lowvelders, with all sorts of events to keep you busy and entertained.

In October the summer heat has already arrived, but the rains are only expected towards the end of the month. With the daily temperatures getting quite high, and the mood in town getting slow and lazy with the year coming to an end, now is a great time to start attending more fun events, to help you get into that holiday mood.

And if you are staying in our Mbombela accommodation, along with having a comfortable point from which to attend the various events, you can also take full advantage of indulging in a couple of afternoon siestas, which is also one way to welcome the summer back, especially when you feel just how hot it gets around here.
